Service Description

This custom session is designed to help the client open up, energetically unblock the body, clear the mind, and discover profound stillness within. The session starts with a check-in to understand how the client is feeling and to establish their intention for the session. Based on this, Melissa will intuitively guide the flow throughout. The session begins with breathwork to quiet the mind and center the body. To best support the client, additional techniques such as Reiki, Braintap meditation, infrared/PEMF therapy, red LED light therapy, and sound bowls may be incorporated.
