This sound bath and meditation event is a deeply relaxing and immersive experience designed to promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Held at KaSana Wellness in Lake Oswego, the event combines the power of sound and meditation to create a harmonious and therapeutic atmosphere. Here's what you can generally expect from such an event:
Setting: The event space will be arranged to encourage relaxation and comfort. Participants may sit or lie down on yoga mats or cushions, and the lighting may be dimmed to create a calming ambiance. (PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS, PILLOWS, AND YOGA MATS!)
Sound Instruments: The sound bath is led by a facilitator who uses various sound instruments to produce soothing tones and vibrations. We will be including quartz sound bowls and tuning forks for this event.
