About the event
Join us for a double sound bath performed by Melissa Baller and Larissa Shaver in celebration of the New Year! This ceremony will include activating and nurturing breathwork + qigong, journalling to help refine 2024 manifestations + visions, and cacao to open the heart + connect with each other during our sharing circle. Living water will be provided throughout the event!Â
What to Bring:
- Blankets and Pillows
- Yoga Mat (we have 3 spares to share)
- Water jug
- Journal and pen
- An offering for the event altar (this will be returned at the end of the event)
